Leuven is one of the nicest historical cities in Belgium with one of the oldest universities of Europe. Our residence is situated in a quiet street on walking distance of shopping malls, museums, pubs, restaurant. The main train station is not far from our residence. Bus stops in the near vicinity. Near ringway Leuven.

The starter pack provides you with all the groceries you could possibly need during your stay. The cupboard is filled on your arrival. Download the full list here of all you get for so little money.
The breakfast pack comprises everything you need for a healthy and tasty breakfast: coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread or sandwiches, sliced cold meat, cheese, jam, butter, chocolate spread, honey, orange juice, actimel, some fruit and a waffle. The composition of the pack can change depending on season and product availability. Breakfast packs are deliverd at your flat in the morning.

All prices are inclusive taxes and a large advance on energy costs.
The building can be visited daily (except weekends) between 09.00 and 12.00 and between 16.00 and 20.00 hrs. If these hours do not suit you, please contact me to make an appointment.
Check-in & Check-out
You can check-in between 14.00 and 19.00 hrs.
You have to check-out before 10.00 hrs.
Cancellation
Since we are no regular hotel most people make reservations long time in advance. Therefore cancellations are only possible if made at least 60 days in advance
Children
Cots are available on request.
