If you can show us a quote from another businessflats provider, offering you an equal flat in the same city at better conditions, we will analyse this within 6 hours and align our offer with that one if the result of the analysis is positive. In addition to that, you will then receive a 5€ voucher that you can spend on extras during your stay.
Compared to our own flats
We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your flat. Should you find the same flat in the same building, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the internet after you have booked, we'll match it. Just contact us within 24 hours of booking, with details of the website.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- As flat prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by email info@be-housing.be , but in any event within 24 hours of making your reservation through . Your email should include the following information: your name, your reservation details and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when be-housing.be validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent flat at the same building as booked through be-housing.be on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- be-housing.be will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through be-housing is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
- "Lowest rate guarantee" does not apply flats booked through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
