This residence includes 9 completely decorated apartments with 2 bedrooms in a traditional building in the centre of Leuven. The apartments have a magnificent view on the cathedral and the Dijle river.
Every flat is fully equipped: a living room with sofas, TV, stereo, decoration, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, table and chairs, all kitchen tools, coffee maker, a bathroom with bath tub and washing stand, a separate toilet. Most of the apartments have two bedrooms, one with a double and one with one or two single beds.
On demand we can provide breakfast packages.

Leuven is one of the nicest historical cities in Belgium with one of the oldest universities of Europe. Our residence is situated in the very city centre in a quiet street on walking distance of shopping malls, museums, pubs, restaurant. The main train station is about 2km from our residence. Bus stops in the near vicinity.

The breakfast pack comprises everything you need for a healthy and tasty breakfast: coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread or sandwiches, sliced cold meat, cheese, jam, butter, chocolate spread, honey, orange juice, actimel, some fruit and a waffle. The composition of the pack can change depending on season and product availability. Breakfast packs are deliverd at your flat in the morning.

The City Apartments are always and only rented as full service apartments. This means cleaning service and hotel service are always included. The minimum lease is one week.

You can check-in between 14.00 and 19.00 hrs.
You have to check-out before 10.00 hrs.
Check-in takes place at Condo Gardens Leuven, Dekenstraat 87, 3000 Leuven.
Cancellation
Since we are no regular hotel most people make reservations long time in advance. Therefore cancellations are only possible if made at least 60 days in advance
