What is the shortest period I can rent ?
Depending on the residence this is 1 night or 1 week
How many people can use one accomodation ?
Be-Housing offers all kinds of accomodation, from single flats to apartments with 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 5 guests. On demand we can always add an extra bed if the flat allows it.
Why do we have to pay a deposit ?
The deposit is used to pay outstanding rental bills or to charge damages or extra energy use.
Do we have to bring our own bed linen?
We offer hotel service: this includes bed linen and towels for bathroom and kitchen. This service is not obligatory, so if it is not included in your contract, you have to bring your own bed linen. For contracts less than one month (daily and weekly contracts) hotel service is always included.
Do I have to clean the flat myself when I leave?
This depends on the contract. If you have a contract that includes weekly cleaning service, you do not have to clean the flat yourself. If you have a monthly contract without cleaning service, you have to clean the flat yourself on departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
As of the moment you say you want to rent the accomodation, the booking will be made.
Because we are no hotel and most of our guests book a long time in advance it is not possible to cancel booking less than 60 days before arrival.
When do I get my deposit back ?
If you make an appoitment with the complex manager at least 1 day in advance it will be possible to get your deposit back the moment you leave.
How long do I have to book in advance?
As we are very flexible it is possible to book on the day of arrival. Of course this depends on availability. Also, the earlier you book, the more options you'll have.
Do all contracts have to start on the same day of the week?
Of course not. You can arrive and leave whenever you want. Our offices might not be open 24/24 but check-in is always possible as our complex managers live in the residences.
Can I make a reservation and confirm later?
Since we have large demand and limited availability, we cannot make free reservations. If you need an accomodation please book in advance as soon as possible.
What about check-in?
Normally you can check-in as of 14.00, if you want to check in earlier, please contact the complex manager to check wheter your flat will be available already.
What about check-out ?
We prefer you check out before 10.00, the latest at 12.00 (noon). If you want to check out later please contact the complex manager.
What happens if I do not check out in time
If you did not check out at noon without giving notice to the complex manager, you will be charged another night.
Can I make bookings by fax or mail?
Of course. We also have a booking form for every building on this website.
Can I bring my pet ?
Yes, but only after contacting the complex manager in advance.
Can I come and have a look before I book ?
Of course, you can visit our residences 7/7 on appointment. |
