There is a direct bus connection to the train station of Brussels Midi nearby the residence. Attraction park Walibi is 25 km away, while Brussels Airport Zaventem is 28 km away. The memorial 1815 is 8 km from the hotel. The Royal museum for Central Africa is 20 km away.
Also, do not forget to shop in the hip and exclusive shopping streets of Waterloo and Uccle.

Please note that rooms are ready from 16:00 hrs. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property for more information concerning arrival after 20:00 hrs or when the property operates a digital check-in. You can only receive an email with check-in instructions if the reservation has been paid.
Early check-in from 11:00h is possible at an extra charge of 25 EUR, depending on the availability.

Check-out
Check out before 10 AM
Please drop your key in the letter box "Check Out" near the reception.
A late check-out can be requested until 1 p.m. subject to a surcharge (price on demand, from 10 euros onwards) and according to availability.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy is applied according to the price and options you have chosen on the moment of your booking. All cancellation requests must be made via the same channel as the reservation was made.
Children & extra beds
Children aged under 3 will stay for free in the residence, when using the beds already present.
Cots are available to hire on request (an additional charge may apply).
The maximum number of baby beds in 1 room is 1.
The price is 7 euros per night.
Prepayment
Because our residence has variable opening hours, we demand a full prepayment to our clients. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers. All payments can be made via our website.
An unpaid reservation may be cancelled without notice at any time.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Value Stay Brussels South.
We accept a maximum of 1 animal in the room, subject to a surcharge of €10 per day.
