When can I check-in?

Check-in can be done during the week between 16h and 20h (check your deal for early check-in possibility). If you will arrive later or in the weekend, you can contact our responsible at site to let you inform when your apartment is available.

I arrive after check-in hours. Is this possible?

If you arrive outside the check-in hours, you can contact our sales department and we will give you the necessary information how you can check-in.

When do I need to check-out?

You need to leave the apartment before 10 AM (check your deal for late check-out possibility). A later check-out is possible, after availability check, for an extra cost. For information you can contact our sales department.

Where can I park my car?

At some residences it is possible to book a parking spot for an extra cost a day. At other residences you can use public parking close to the building.

Can I leave my luggage somewhere?

No, we do not have a space for keeping luggage, so this is not possible. If you arrive early, you better choose for the option "early check-in", that you can have your room starting from 11 AM.

Can I pay in cash at arrival?

No, we always ask a prepayment on the moment that the reservation has been made. It is possible to pay with credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) or also by bank transfer.

Can I cancel my booking and how can I do it?

Yes you can cancel your booking, but the cancellation fee will be 100 % of the amount of your booking. To cancel your booking, you can contact our sales department.
