Facilities
General
All flats, as well as the public and private areas are non-smoking.
Our residence has a courtyard with benches and bbq to enjoy summer evenings. Also a vending machine with drinks and snacks is available.
Services
For added comfort and convenience during your stay, a washing machine and dryer are available in the residence. They are easy to use, with payment available via a QR code on the machines.

Parking
You also have the possibility to reserve a parking spot in our own garage. Reservation is required and costs €15/night. Max. height: 2m30
The private parking area also features a charging station for electric vehicles.
Public parking is possible in front of the residence, but pay attention because parking fees can apply.
Free parking is avaible with a blue disc for a period of 2 hours.
Conditions

To access your accommodation, your reservation must be fully paid and the online check-in must be completed. This also applies if you have booked an early check-in. An early check-in from 11:00 AM is available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
Once the online check-in is completed, you will receive all the information you need for a smooth arrival.
Please feel free to let us know your expected arrival time in advance, so we can take this into account.

Until
The standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
A late check-out is available for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please contact our sales department in advance for availability and rates.
Two options are available:
- Late check-out until 1:00 PM
- Late check-out until 7:00 PM
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected. We offer two types of rates: non-refundable and refundable.
Only reservations booked at a refundable rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.

Children & extra beds
Children under 3 years old stay free of charge when using the existing beds in the room. Baby cots are available upon request for an additional fee.
Children over 3 years old and adults can use an extra bed for €23 per person, per night. Extra beds are not available in all room types, so please check in advance whether the selected room type can accommodate one.
A maximum of one baby crib or one extra bed is allowed per room.
Prepayment
The full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
For stays between 30 December and 2 January, a €150 deposit per room is required.
Pets
Pets are allowed (extra fee) with a maximum of 2 pets per accommodation.
