Our *studios have everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, and cutlery; a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower; and a cozy sleeping and living area. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, unwind with the TV, and in some residences, you can enjoy a terrace or a communal garden—perfect for relaxing or having a barbecue.
Three of our residences also offer free private parking! We provide weekly cleaning with towels and linens, and our 24/7 residence manager is on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Is something broken? Our maintenance service is here to help.
At Be-Housing, we make your stay worry-free! Please note: registering your residence is not permitted at Be-Housing.

A security deposit is required for long-term stays. This is usually €1,000, but may vary between €750 and €1,000.
The security deposit serves as a guarantee against any unpaid rent, damage to the accommodation or additional energy consumption during your stay. After an inspection and provided everything is in order, you will receive your full deposit back. In the event of damage or excessive consumption, this amount may be deducted (in full or in part).
In most cases, it is possible to extend your stay. We do ask that you let us know in advance so that we can check availability and schedule the extension.
Extensions are always subject to availability at the residence. If the residence is fully booked, an extension is unfortunately not possible.
All long-term bookings are non-refundable, which means that the reservation cannot be canceled free of charge.
For reservations lasting longer than 3 months, a 2-week notice period applies.
The full amount, along with the security deposit and the final cleaning fee, must be paid with the first payment.
After that, payments are made on a monthly basis. Invoices are sent approximately two weeks before the due date.
No, it is not possible to register your address with Be-Housing, in any of our residences or cities.
