What is the minimum period of rent?
This depends on the residence of your choice. This goes from 1 day to 1 month.
Why should we pay a deposit?
The deposit is a guarantee to cover non paid renting invoices, damage or extra use of energy.
Canceling or modifying a reservation?
In case you have made a reservation on our website or by mail, you can always consult our client portal or contact us by mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. When you have made a reservation on booking.com or another booking site, you can modify your reservation on booking.com in the client portal. Consult the cancelation policy for your reservation; this depends on whether you have booked a refundable or non-refundable room.
Are there cancellation costs?
Dependent on the chosen rate there will be cancellation costs charged. We offer two rates: refundable and non-refundable. When chosen for refundable rate you can cancel or modify your reservation 24h before arrival. For cancellation or modifications of non-refundable reservations the entire price of the reservation will be charged.
When will my deposit be refunded?
If you make an appointment with our complex manager, at least 1 day before leaving, you will receive the refund at the time of departure.
Is it possible to take a reservation in option?
As we have a large demand and only a limited capacity, it is not possible to take a reservation in option. We advise to make a reservation as soon as possible.
How can I make a reservation?
Making a reservation is possible by e-mail or of course directly on our website. It is not possible to make a reservation by telephone.
Is it possible to extend my contract?
Every contract can be, depending on the availability, extended. We advise to request these extensions as soon as possible. With every extension, the price will be calculated again and the current prices will be valid.
