What is the minimum period of rent?

This depends on the residence of your choice. This goes from 1 day to 1 month.

Why should we pay a deposit?

The deposit is a guarantee to cover non paid renting invoices, damage or extra use of energy.

How about cancellation of a reservation?

When you inform us that you wish to rent the flat or apartment, a reservation will be made. As we are not a hotel and most of our guests book a long time in advance, it is not possible to cancel a reservation less than 30 days before arrival.

When will my deposit be refunded?

If you make an appointment with our complex manager, at least 1 day before leaving, you will receive the refund at the time of departure.

Is it possible to take a reservation in option?

As we have a large demand and only a limited capacity, it is not possible to take a reservation in option. We advise to make a reservation as soon as possible.

How can I make a reservation?

Making a reservation is possible by e-mail or of course directly on our website. It is not possible to make a reservation by telephone.

Is it possible to extend my contract?

Every contract can be, depending on the availability, extended. We advise to request these extensions as soon as possible. With every extension, the price will be calculated again and the current prices will be valid.
