The main shopping streets, Manneken Pis and Grande Place are situated 6 km from the hotel and can be reached easily by public transportation.
The distance to the train station Schaerbeek is a 10-minute drive and only 15 kilometers to the international airport of Brussels in Zaventem.

Start your morning with our breakfast buffet, available for an additional €16 per person, per day. We recommend reserving your breakfast in advance to ensure availability.
For your convenience, the residence is also equipped with an elevator, providing easy access to all floors.

Free Wifi is available in the entire residence.
Parking
Enjoy the convenience of free parking directly in front of the building, with a limited number of spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. The outdoor parking area also features a charging station for electric vehicles.
For added convenience, you can also reserve a space in our secure underground parking garage, available for €15 per car per day. As spaces are limited, we strongly recommend booking your parking in advance. When making your reservation, please provide your vehicle license plate number.
Conditions

To access your accommodation, your reservation must be fully paid and the online check-in must be completed. This also applies if you have booked an early check-in. An early check-in from 11:00 AM is available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
Once the online check-in is completed, you will receive all the information you need for a smooth arrival.
Please feel free to let us know your expected arrival time in advance, so we can take this into account.

Until
In case of check out before 08:00h, please drop your key in the letter box "Check Out" near the reception.
The standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
A late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact our sales department in advance for availability and rates.
Two options are available:
- Late check-out until 1:00 PM
- Late check-out until 7:00 PM
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected. We offer two types of rates: non-refundable and refundable.
Only reservations booked at a refundable rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.

Children & extra beds
Children aged under 3 will stay for free in the residence, when using the beds already present. Cots are available to hire on request (an additional charge may apply). The maximum number of baby beds in a room is 1.
In this residence it's not possible to place extra beds.
Prepayment
The full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel your reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the amount may be refunded.
For stays between 30 December and 2 January, a €150 deposit per room is required.
Pets
Pets are allowed (extra fee) with a maximum of 2 pets per accommodation.
