Guests are kindly requested to contact the property for more information concerning arrival after 20:00 hrs or when the property operates a digital check-in. Early check-in from 11:00h is possible at an extra charge of 20 EUR, depending on the availability. Please reserve this option in advance.

Check-out
In case of check out before 08:00h, please drop your key in the letter box "Check Out" near the reception. Late check-out after 10 AM is possible at an extra charge of 10 EUR depending on the availability.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy is applied according to the price and options you have chosen on the moment of your booking. All cancellation requests must be made via the same channel as the reservation was made.
Children & extra beds
Children aged under 3 will stay for free in the residence, when using the beds already present. Cots are available to hire on request (an additional charge may apply). The maximum number of baby beds in a room is 1.
In this residence it's not possible to place extra beds.
Prepayment
Because our residence has variable opening hours, we demand a full prepayment to our clients. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers. All payments can be made via our website.
An unpaid reservation may be cancelled without notice at any time.
