These practical and affordable furnished studios are ideally situated, close to the historical city centre and not far from the train station, shops, restaurants, bars, and museums.

We offer you a studio with basic furniture, equipped kitchenette with fridge and a private bathroom. Can't bring your own electrical appliances, bed sheets or kitchen equipment? We offer starter packs, which you can rent or buy.

You can choose to stay long or short term. Our short term rates starting at three months are very benificiant when you are staying temporarily. We offer a high level of flexiblity in your rental contract.
You have the option CORONAFLEX that ensures you that you can end your contract earlier when there is another corona outbreak and your plans are modified.

Need to go in quarantine after traveling to Belgium? With a little additional fee, we can fill your fridge upon arrival, and you can start to cook in your own private kitchen.

The residence offers a large garden with barbecue area, excellent to spend your off days and free hours in the sun.
